How does it feel to be sensitive—truly present with yourself, and open in connection with another? Do you ever consciously choose to nurture that sensitivity, perhaps as a pathway to deeper awareness?

This evening, we invite you to gently awaken your sensitivity.

Through some effortless movement, soft breathwork, and a slow play with each other’s senses, we’ll open the space to meet ourselves—and each other—with presence and care.

It’s an invitation to slow down, return to the body, and connect from a place of softness and truth.
