Tantric Moments Young: Energy Play
In tantra we tend to tune into what’s alive in the present moment. That’s already a spiritual practice you could dedicate a lifetime to, let alone just an evening. Yet we will try to take it a few steps further.. from noticing energy, to moving it within us, to sensing and moving energy with each other.. Finally we will play with and explore energetic touch.
Within this workshop you can explore different flavors and intensities. Energetic touch can be deeply relaxing, healing, sensitive and possibly very intimate or erotic as well. As with every Tantric Moments event, our clothes will be staying ON and we will not go into any form of sexual expression, however the tools we use could be transferred into energy sex or tantric sex outside of the workshop. This is not the focus of the workshop, just one of many possibilities.
To be extra clear; this is not a workshop for couples only and you’re very welcome to come by yourself. But if you do wish to explore the more intimate possibilities of the practices, it could be helpful (and extra juicy) to bring somebody that you already feel safe to share this with.
Sometimes there’s an emphasis on hetero-normativity in tantra (especially when it comes to energy work and polarity play). I would therefore like to underscore that this workshop is for everyone, of all genders, orientations and backgrounds, as are all of our workshops.

If you join this workshop you agree to respect and uphold the following guidelines:
PRIVACY
“What happens in the tantra workshop, stays in the tantra workshop”. Not exactly, but we do ask you to be very mindful about sharing about your experiences with others. You may share about only yourself and your experience and not about others you’ve witnessed in the workshop. Not by name or any other way that others may recognize or infer their identity.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF
Every instruction is a suggestion. You are your own boss. You are responsible to be aware of and express your boundaries. You will be invited to feel into your boundaries and receive extra tools to express them.
You are also not responsible for anybody else. Sometimes participants can go through processes, you do not need to take care of or rescue them 😉
SAFETY & CONSENT
You take care of your own sense of safety. We will offer different tool to make this very accessible (like the time out space, available support and the traffic light system).
We ask for consent before going into touch or intimate interaction. We respect consent and the fact that anybody can always change their minds.
FREEDOM
You are on your own journey. We explore and experiment with behaviours and experiences that can be out of our comfort zones or outside the scope of our usual patterns. This can be vulnerable. So we give eachother permission and freedom try something out without it having a lot of meaning attached about who you are.
This is also the case with exploring connections within the workshop. In exploring different ways of being and stepping out of your patterns, intimate and authentic connection can unfold. It can be helpful to dive deeper, knowing that this doesn’t create a story about connections outside the context of the workshop.
