Tantric Moments Young 20/6/24 – Embrace & Connect
TANTRIC MOMENTS YOUNG – EMBRACE & CONNECT – Thursday evening 20th of June (19-22h) 
Do you long for connection? With others and yourself? And what tools do you have to obtain this feeling? This evening we’re diving into a Tantric exploration of ways to connect!
As a warm up we will use body, breath and movement. Thereafter we will play with and experience different ways of connection. At the start, ending and in between there will be the opportunity to share.
Will you come and practice with us? We hope to share a slow, mindful and connecting evening with you! 
Practicalities:
➤ only for people between 18-40 years;
➤ in English (unless everyone is able to understand and speak Dutch; differs from Tantric Moments for all ages);
➤ doors open at 18:40;
➤ please arrive at least a few minutes earlier than 19:00 (so you have some time to land and to start on time);
