If you’re a sensitive soul and street parties feel like too much – or if you’re craving something deeper, more conscious, more you – this is your invitation.

✨ Celebrate Pride through queer embodied intimacy!
Do you long to:
– connect and play with like-hearted vibrant humans?
– experience direct ecstatic joy and aliveness rooted in relaxation?
– feel safe and empowered in connecting deeply with another being?

Primal = Authentic & Play = Connection
Primal Play is about learning together how to feel safe in connection using embodied tools of breath, sound, movement and touch. Through slowing everything down, it provides a unique opportunity to experience deep connections with others beyond words. It allows you to explore your needs, desires, impulses, and boundaries within safe and guided play-rounds. The essence of Primal Play lies in authentic encounters, embracing a spectrum of experiences such as eye-gazing, cuddling, wrestling, dancing, and shared laughter or tears. It is a beautiful and low-key opportunity to connect with your aliveness and become part of a unique community of embodied deep-feelers.

🌈 Queer PRIDE Edition
This Pride Edition of Primal Play is a space lovingly created for the LGBTQIA+ community – a grounded, playful, and affirming environment where queerness in all its forms is honored and celebrated. Here, we welcome the rich diversity of identities and lived experiences, creating a safer space to explore self-connection, body awareness, and authentic interaction with others who move through the world with similar sensitivities and resilience. This special edition invites you into an embodied journey – one that respects your boundaries, centers your nervous system, and celebrates the full range of your aliveness. Through breath, touch, sound, and play, we reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the beauty of queer connection, held in a supportive, conscious circle.

What to Expect:
During this workshop we will engage in practices to regulate the nervous system and foster group attunement. We will focus on creating safety within in order to gently move into encounters with others. Everything during this workshop is an invitation and you are encouraged to move only as fast as your slowest part. Consent and respecting boundaries (with yourself and with others) is actively encouraged throughout the event.
⭐ Sharing circle
⭐ Embodiment practices
⭐ Basic nervous system and trauma education
⭐ Several rounds of guided Primal Play interactions
⭐ Co-regulation practices

👉🏻 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
– no previous experience needed
– everything is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to feel for what is right for you in the moment, and whether you want to participate and with whom
– all practices can be adjusted to your personal level of energy and physical mobility
– Primal Play uses touch for connection, not sexual gratification. Clothes stay on, and there’s no exchange of bodily fluids. The focus is on safe, consensual interactions that explore boundaries and build trust.
– the space is open for singles and those in all forms of relating – always practice making clear agreements with your partners
– this is a feminist, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ centered space

👉🏻 IMPORTANT PRACTICAL DETAILS
– please make sure you come sober (sensitive nervous systems will be affected by your altered state as we drop in together)
– wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement + makes you feel cozy/sensual/relaxed
– do NOT wear perfume and be mindful of intense synthetic smells (lotions/hair products). Natural essential oils in moderation are ok
– bring a water bottle and a snack for the break
