Introduction: Mindful Student Group

The Mindful Student Group (MSG) provides a safe space for you to share and connect with peers in a mindful way. You will receive guidance and psychological tools to help you cope with life’s challenges and to help you reconnect with yourself, as a way to find more peace, meaning and fulfillment in life. Sessions include meditations, creative exercises and sharing. We always work with a theme that is connected to ourselves, the present moment and the group.

We will come together weekly, on Thursday afternoons, 4-6 pm (May 12 – July 21st). The group consists of max. 10 (international) students or young adults. Non-students and Dutch nationalities are also very welcome, if they identify with their peers and are comfortable communicating in English. The program is not fixed, you’re free to enter and leave when you want, as long as there is a genuine motivation to join the sessions.

About Romi

Romi is an Integrative Psychologist (MSc), who integrates evidence-based methods with mindfulness and different art forms in therapy sessions and workshops. She also focuses on self-connection and holistic coaching. LinkedIn Romi Mol (NL)

About Marije

Marije is an Applied Psychologist (BSc) and Self-Connection Coach. Her mission, as well as her passion, is to help young adults restore and strengthen the connection with themselves as a way to improve well-being and to find more fulfillment in life. She is familiar with a variety of holistic, mindful and spiritual practices, like meditation and energy healing. More information can be found on her website


Personal get-to-know meeting

Before you start the MSG, you’ll have a short meeting with Marije and/or Romi (ca. 30 minutes). In this meeting we can clarify intentions, questions and needs. This way, we can provide a safe and comfortable space for all participants. This meeting takes place at EdanZ (studio 5), or if that is not possible, through video call.
