Inner Beauty – One Day Women’s Retreat
We are excited to have you join us for a day of connection, self-discovery, and rejuvenation. Throughout our time together, we’ll embark on a journey of dance, indulge in the richness of ceremonial cacao (imported from Nicaragua), connect within through meditation, connect with others through mindful touch, engage in energy clearing practices and harmonize our chakras. Nothing is mandatory, just do what you feel comfortable with.

For who is this retreat?
For all who identify herself as a woman and are open minded about personal growth, expansion of the heart, exploring inner beauty and higher consciousness.
Get ready to move your body, awaken your senses, and dive deep into exploration of self? This is your (re)treat! We encourage you to embrace each moment and all parts of you with an open heart and a curious mind, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the magic of this retreat.
To prepare yourself for the day please:
~ Wear something that makes you happy, you feel good and feminine in.
~ Bring a notebook and a pen.
~ Bring your favourite mug for your cacao.
~ Think about your intention for your day.
~ Be open and ready to drop into a beautiful open space.
Practical information:
~ The group has a maximum of 16 persons.
~ We start at 10:00. Please arrive 15 minutes early, at 9:45 hrs, to settle in before starting. We finish at 17:00.
~ A vegan lunch is included.
Location: EdanZ, studio 5. There is free parking if you come by car.

Your financial contribution is €66,-. You can reserve your spot by making a full contribution or a down payment of €26,-. The rest you can contribute cash on the 19th or by accepting a ‘tikkie’.
