CHANGED EVENT | Yana โ Full Moon Fire Ceremony
The setup of this event (Vedic Full Moon Ceremony) has changed ๐ We have created two separate events:
โ Music Class 19.30-21.20
โ Yana Full Moon Ceremony around sunset 21.30-22.30
BOTH ON DONATION
During this Full moon Fire Ceremony, we celebrate the full moon in Hindu tradition with a Yana (Sacred Fire Ceremony). We come together around the fire, and sing some simple chanting and mantraโs, to raise our shared energy. After we will perform some ritualistic acts in which you can honor your own god(s), or your thankfulness for life.
This afternoon the moon shone on itโs full potential at 16.55, only a few hours later, we can still enjoy itโs radiance. The sun will set at 21.40. Therefore this event starts at 21.30, to prepare and gather our energies, and give some instructions. We will meditate around sunset, and after the sun has set light the fire.
We will round off the ceremony at 22.30.
We are looking forward for a very special gathering with you!

In Vedic tradition, the Yana ceremony is considered unsuitable for menstruating and pregnant women. During these times, a woman is in a highly receptive and pure state. The intense energies of a Yagna ceremony can potentially disturb this purity. It is best for her to meditate, contemplate, and keep her energy focused inwards, maintaining a close connection to her own experience.
Pregnant and Menstruating women can join this evening but during the fire ceremony watch from a distance, and keep in a meditative state, with her attention inwards.
