Dealing with Stress – a Student Survival Guide

A 12 week program for (International) students

Student life can be very challenging, especially in these times. Loneliness, uncertainty, and stress can play a major role in our performance and how we feel. That’s why the student survival kit workshop was designed. Carolina and Helena will provide tools from mindfulness and positive psychology to successfully navigate the challenges ahead.

We will explore: prioritization techniques, mindful breathing and social skills.

Looking forward to meeting you! (ENG)
