Ecstatic Dance Groningen

Ecstatic Dance is a 2.5 hour conscious dance journey: free-form movement with no choreography or planned steps. We dance without words, shoes, or substances, allowing the body to respond intuitively to music and the energy of others on the dance floor. Dance solo, with a partner, or in a group. The choice is always yours.

Our professional DJs weave soundscapes to awaken your most vibrant self, inviting creativity and presence. Dance becomes a journey and an experience of recharging and reconnecting. Finding the ecstasy within. Body, mind, and soul.
