Into the Dark | 10 week Tantra Course for Women

A 10-week journey into truth, liberation, and deep embodiment.

As the seasons turn inward again, I invite you to join a circle of courageous women who want to move from conditioning and limiting beliefs into truthful connection and inner freedom.

Whether you feel stuck in old patterns, hungry for a deeper connection to your body, or simply longing to be held in sisterhood, this course offers a space to meet yourself fully in all that you are.

In these 10 weeks, we will explore the parts of ourselves that are often unexpressed, unseen or unspoken. Tantra is a spiritual path that helps us to move from old, sometimes inherited, conditioning into an embodied awareness to make space for all the different facets that we are. In allowing and expressing ourselves in all our colours lies the key to healing and finding home within, again and again.
