Intimacy – 9 week Tantracourse for Women

After going into the dark this winter, the INTIMACY course invites you to open up to a profound and authentic connection with yourself (your body, emotions, purpose…), others, and life!

Intimacy is when your heart shows and communicates truthfully. When we, with all of our shadows and qualities, dare to be in contact with what is, our essence speaks and we learn to be comfortable with vulnerability.

Intimacy knows a ton of associations. In this 9 weeks course we ease into the different layers to uncover what stands between us and our direct, intimate experience. 

This course is rooted in the Tantric principle that only by fully acknowledging yourself—and all that you are in the present moment—can you truly receive and connect with another person, as well as the world around you. With Tantra, we will explore how to release beliefs and body tensions that block true intimacy, allowing you to embrace vulnerability, presence, and connection.

Together, we will work with two key energetic centers:
Anahata (Heart Chakra): The unstruck sound – the eternal resonance of intimacy that always exists. 
Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra): The flowing current – of your desires, emotions, sensuality and creative power.

This course is for you if:

– Course dates: Thursdays, 27 Feb, 6, 13, 20, (27*) March, 3, 10, 17, 24 April
– Time: 19-22h
– Location: Edanz (Studio 3), Groningen
– Group size: Max 18 (+me and two experienced assistants)
– Language: English, but if everyone speaks Dutch, this course will be in Dutch
