Bodywork/Romiromi Massage 1-on-1 sessions
Romiromi is a bodywork traditionally used by Māori, the Indigenous culture of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It allows for deep relaxation by letting go of the many layers of stress and stuck energies that we carry with us, leaving you refreshed, light, and with considerably less tension in your body-mind.
In the process we will breathe slowly and deeply together, and work deeply on the muscles to release tensions that is built up in it and in the fascia. This can be intense, and feels very liberating at the same time, especially after the treatment.
Please bring loose clothes. Taking clothes off is not necessary unless you want me to specifically access some muscle groups and work with oil. Drink plenty of water afterwards and make sure to be able to rest.
Jon Keller Muñoz has received a training and certificate by the Māori healer Atarangi Muru (https://www.maorihealers.com/) during his stay in New Zealand, and is continuously practicing to grow in his role as a bodyworker. He has written his Bachelor Thesis of Psychology about traditional Māori Healing, is further studying the body through a Qi Kung teacher training, and has a background in teaching mindfulness.
