Will you gift yourself this full day of connecting to your body? We invite you to drop in.. within. Dropping into your body, your tissue, your bones, your cells. Dropping out of personhood and into the here and now embodiment.
We will hold a space for you to hold the parts that feel unsafe to be fully here. To fully fall in love and celebrate your precious body, the sacred vehicle to your existence.
Through connecting with our bodies, our core we will surrender to our bodies and allow them to move us, to express, to grieve and celebrate. Letβs honor and celebrate these beautiful pieces of moving art. Our bodies that never lie, that are always in loyal service. Letβs celebrate them.
What happens when we feel safe and allow ourselves to inhabit the level of matter more fully? What happens when your fully present body meets other embodied beings in stillness, in non-verbal expression.
