5 Rhythms Dance Practice

ShowUP sessions are inquisitive, curiosity driven, movement gatherings.

We practice listening and finding movement for whatever is showing up as the truth in our emotions, mind, or body itself. We give it time, learning to be responsive and not reactive, responding to the impulse of music and guided invitations.

We work alone, with a partner, or with a group, looking for a balance, ways to meet as equals,
ways to witness and stay nourishing for each other.

We are building an intimate, trusting community, we keep showing up, we keep dancing, we keep living!
