This evening will be a sweet and slow drop into our sensual self. We need to feel safe to connect with, express and be seen in our sensuality so that will be the leading thread throughout the evening.

Through breath and self-connection first, we will slowly move to bringing our sensuality into connection. You are welcome to explore your sensuality only in solo structures if you wish.

Allowing our sensual self to come out is opening up the sensitivity of the body and its beautiful senses. Although our aim is to guide you through different practices that help unleash and allow your yummy sensual self, this can be deliciously juicy, scary, uncomfortable or even painful. All is welcome.
